Joelsie greeted us with a warm smile when we walked in. It’s nice to be greeted in such a friendly way. She was taking care of cleaning the tables out on the lobby. Food was great and we enjoyed the pies immensely.

Everything was perfect. From the nice employes, to the hot, juicy but yet crispy chicken sandwiches. I definitely recommend the pineapple thirst quencher. It definitely quenched my thirst, leaving me wanting more. The peach mango pies I got were fantastic! The peachy yet subtle sweetness of the flaky hot pie was undeniably dangerous for peach lovers. I asked the cashier for salt, and he said 'it's no problem at all ma'am'. Very professional workers there. I was satisfied

Very HAPPY to have this Jollibee in Bakersfield!! Food tastes great! Service from the staff is EXCELLENT!! They always make us feel welcome. Doesn't matter if we get takeout, drive-thru, or dine in.....the staff has always been consistently great. Restaurant is also always very clean as our the restrooms. Will continue to patronize this Jollibee. Always an AWESOME experience!! Have a JOLLY Day!!!

My family and I are always thrilled whenever we dine in Jollibee! The crew are very friendly, especially Ate Josie, who smiles and talks to us about how our day is going. The food is great; we must always have a bucket, rice, and gravy. We dine or takeout there every week!

I rarely give a five star, but I have to say I’ve never been disappointed here, and except one time they were sold out of the family size spaghetti at the end of the day, which was not on them. I legitimately don’t like fast food burgers, but their Angus cheeseburger is the best burger I’ve had in town that didn’t cost over 25. They have great customer service and good staff, everything is supremely clean and you can feel the good energy in The whole experience from how you interact to your food. I don’t think I will get any other drive-through burger in this town after having one here. The bun is so good and I don’t even really love bread. The meat is seasoned perfectly and it’s made to order not premade. So whether you go there for the chicken, which is the crispiest freshest, most flavorful chicken, or the unique sides like the jolly spaghetti, which is literally delicious or an actual traditional burger and fries you will be happy if you know good food! Mac and cheese is so so good and so cheesy!!! I am not paid by them. I just really appreciate the experience I have there and I want them to stay around so if I can be honest with you guys about how good it is and encourage you to give it a try and support their business it would be great. I love rewarding people for the effort they put into their job because a lot of people in this town don’t put so much effort in or care into it and you can tell because you end up with a bad experience so I’m all for supporting those who do put that effort in. And Jollibee definitely does

My Family and I stopped in at Jollibee today on father's day. We order our meal and they asked me to spin their prize wheel for father's day. Guess what I won a bucket of chicken (dang it). That was so cool.
